Fine print

Returns & refunds

The short version

Print-on-demand items are made to order, so please choose carefully. If something arrives faulty or wrong, get in touch within 30 days of delivery with a photo or two and we'll sort it, on us. Changed your mind? You can still return it within 30 days, but the postage back is yours to cover.

What's covered

Misprints, fabric defects, the wrong design, the wrong size in the box. All on us. In most cases we send a replacement; if a replacement isn't workable we refund instead. You usually won't need to post the original back, and if we do need it returned we cover the postage.

Changed your mind?

Because each item is printed for you specifically, please take a minute with the size guide on the product page before you order. If you still need to send something back, you can, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. The return postage is on you, and once it's back with us we'll refund the item price (the original delivery charge isn't refundable). We can't offer straight swaps or exchanges, since we don't carry stock, so a return and a fresh order is the way to change size or design.

How to start a return

Open a support ticket with your order number, and a clear photo if something's faulty. We respond within one working day and usually have a resolution by the second. The 30 days is measured from when the courier marked your order delivered, not from when you placed it.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved we issue it within five working days back to the original payment method. Bank settlement times after that vary, typically one to three working days.

Address mistakes and changes

If you've spotted an address typo, open a ticket immediately. There's usually about an hour between order placement and the start of production. Once your order is in production we can't change the destination, and once it's with the courier we can't reroute. Most couriers do offer redelivery options once tracking goes live.
